PAR maintains a database of potential subcontractors and vendors to assist us in our performance of projects. Based on our experience performing large, complex ID/IQ contracts, we are accustomed to careful selection of subcontractors. Throughout our history, PAR has provided subcontractor services to other companies which gives us significant experience and perspective when dealing with our own subcontractors. PAR pre-qualifies all our subcontractors to determine their areas of expertise, level of experience, bonding capacity, type of business, and overall ability to accomplish the work.
